WE PROVIDE highly specialized diversion services, mental and behavioral services, substance abuse education, prevention and treatment services, delinquency prevention and intervention services, parent education, teen pregnancy prevention and education, outpatient treatment, after-school and summer programs, and victim-wrongdoer restorative justice practices.
